TimeStory is wonderful
I've been looking for literally years for straightforward software to create timelines. Up until TimeStory, I've been frustrated beyond belief. TimeStory changed all that - it's by far the best software I've ever used. Intuitive, attractive, highly modifiable at about every level. My *highest* recommendation.

Use This App to Create a Visual Timeline for Any Project
Every once and a while you find an app that does one very specific thing very well. Timestory is just such an app: It allows you to quickly visualize any timeline. This can be useful for viewing history in context, which makes it a great learning tool if you're, say, studying history. But Timestory is also useful for general planning. You can use it to visualize all the steps necessary for a longer term project, and even include multiple proposals on the same timeline.
Excellent app for mapping of (project) timelines
I have been searching for an app to produce Gantt charts/timeline overviews for individual project planning. This app is incredibly well done, beautiful intuitve UI, highly customizable yet simple to use. A big bonus is the possibility to link URLs and to integrate Apple shortcuts (!). The app stands out from the many expensive gantt chart and project planning apps out there. Unfortunately, it couldt be found when searching for "gantt charts" or "project planning" so it took me a while to discover it.
Incredible App
I've tried every project management and gantt app on the market. They are all overly complicated. I've been forced to manually design timelines for years. While not easy, it gives me full control of graphics and is easy to use. Then I found TimeStory. TimeStory is the perfect timeline app: incredibly simple, intuitive, and powerful. Absolutely brilliant. The developer is responsive and dedicated to making great software. I use a lot different kinds of software in my job, and this is absolutely one of the best apps I've ever used.

Als Sprache der app wird nur "Englisch" angegeben - aber die app greift auf die Datums- und Ländereinstellungen des app-Benutzer zurück, sodass ich die app gut auch für deutsche Zwecke nutzen kann. Ein dickes Lob an den Entwickler, dass er für regelmäßige Updates sorgt. Sogar auf Supportanfragen reagiert er umgehend und hat konkrete Ratschläge.

I worked many years in the construction industry. I have worked in IT, marketing and copyright. I have worked as a project manager, team manager and business development manager. Everywhere, at every phase, I used TimeStory. The versatility of this application is incredible. It has helped me manage large-scale construction projects, replacing inconvenient and impractical but traditional tools (MS Project), enabling faster changes and greater flexibility of work, removing the need for me to handle a time-consuming tool that no one would use anyway, because.... the most important thing in a project is communication, and for this TimeStory is superbly suited. For the first time, clients and the entire team were able to understand the schedules I show them. And I was able to prepare them in a dozen minutes instead of several days.
