A fictitious project plan for three parallel workstreams to select an option.
The genesis of this example was a real evaluation plan, years ago, at one of our corporate jobs. There were three alternatives, with three parallel workstreams and a final readout, and it lasted about this long. It made a nice sample because it shows off how colors, shapes, and sections interact to make a nicer presentation than a simple Gantt chart, and how events on the same row can convey workstreams much more clearly than a simple waterfall with arrows.
